Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos
The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized with an application designed specifically for the purpose. You can save your home's maps as well as organize cleaning schedules, and select mopping modes. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine-tune how much water and the scrubbing action of your mop.
A mapping feature aids your robot navigate rooms while an obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid hitting wires, furniture or other pet toys. These are essential features to have in my house, stuffed with strewn-about toys.
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company's flagship vacuum and mop, is loaded with features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and lift its mop pads or brushes so that soft surfaces don't get wet. It can also stay clear of obstacles by spotting pet toys, plants and other small objects.
The maximum suction power is 6,000 pascals. This is the highest power of any robot vacuum we have test so far. It is also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its location, preventing it getting stuck on an object.
Mopping capabilities are also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in an intense clean. It also features an automatic mop lifting system, that will raise the pad when it goes from laminate to tile or hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid soaking these types of soft surfaces.
The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad is capable of rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, and only need to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank occasionally.
All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its normal vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and return to its base for a recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is at par other hybrids I've tested.
This is a very complete and robust product, with the only drawback being the fact that it's costly. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a appealing option for anyone who wants to go away from their old stick vacuum and mops. If you can justify the hefty price tag, we highly recommend checking this one out.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. Its high-end price is justified by its powerful features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mops. It also comes with an app-based, smart controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.
The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is one of the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it performed well across the house. It was able to eliminate 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without tangling. The mops also performed well, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement as well as a strong dose cleaning solution.
The docking station is the real selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The dock emptys its dust bin into dirt bag, fills its water tank to enable the mopping function and even dries its mop pads for you. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its smart controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.
The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris when compared to the other hybrid mop I tested. The mops on the L10S Ultra are not as effective at removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular maintenance. To prevent mildew or unpleasant odors, the base station dustbag, water and tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. automatic hoover that are sold separately also require replacement every few months.
With the L10S Ultra's high-end price tag and extensive functionality I would recommend it to anyone with the budget for it. If you're looking to save money I would suggest a less basic model that lets you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robot mop and vacuum you could purchase however, its cost and constant maintenance will make it seem more an option than a necessity.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
If you're in search of a robot vacuum and mop that will pick up dirt and dust on your hard floors, while cleaning up wet mess, then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combination comes with a powerful suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for both mopping and vacuuming. And it is equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It has a roller-mop that is self-cleaning which makes it stand out from other models which require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs used in other robots. The roller covers the entire width of the robot, and it receives a constant supply of fresh Ozonated, filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Any dry debris is picked up with the side brushes, or swept away into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro removes the dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked by the tank's heater elements and emptied into a larger storage container. The onboard tank holds a decent amount of water and can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.
Like many robot vacuums and mop combinations like the S1 Pro is ready to roll out of the box. It does need to be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task by cleaning the dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, in case you want to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you decide to use this feature however, you'll have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands, allowing you to choose your preferred brand of cleaners.
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, as did most robots. It was quick to map out a area and moved around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with thick piles a few times during my tests. However it could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has a lot of functionality at affordable prices.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level vacuum and mop however it has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing mop pads as they go. The mopping system can sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is ideal for removing pet hair and other debris from carpets.
The software that runs this appliance is fairly complex, with a broad choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean the entire area that are mapped by this device, or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've created. There are many mopping options, including SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the mops' sensors to determine the most efficient way to clean your home as it maps the area.
The Qrevo performed well in our tests, like all the Roborock models we've test. Its navigation system is efficient by quickly mapping rooms and cleaning in a neat way. robot vacuum uk for pathing does a great job of covering a room, with no gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is quite reliable, too, though it's not as advanced as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always detect small things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.
One of the biggest flaws of this device is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option, which could be a problem for those who are frequently vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple solution: the app offers the option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This lets you utilize the mopping function of the vacuum to get rid of the last remnants of dust and debris left behind by the vacuuming. It's a nice addition and can help this robot get rid of a bit better than its cheaper rivals.
